You will
- • Operate and maintain equipment in the biofuels production pilot plant under the supervision of the Process Engineer.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
• Manual load of feedstock into processing equipment, ensuring proper quantities and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance, including start-ups, shutdowns, and report any abnormalities to the Process Engineer.
• Participate in regular safety inspections and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Support quality control efforts by following established procedures for product sampling, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Process Engineer and other team members to implement process improvements and optimize plant performance.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including process parameters, production volumes, and equipment maintenance activities.
Requirements
- • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
